PARTICIPATION @ OOS 2004

The workshop is by invitation due to the limitation to 100 participants and the goal to bring together a balanced mix of high-level participants from different stakeholders and countries.

The workshop is free of charge (except for hotel accommodation) but you need to book your room at the hotel selected for the workshop.

If you are interested in participating: please fill in the "Intent to Participate Form" (click here!) and return it by e-mail alongside with your 1-page CV (with photo and full coordinates) as indicated on the form.

After a selection process, participation will be confirmed alongside with information on hotel accommodation.

Important Dates

30 May 2004: Begin of confirmation of participation to participants and opening of the hotel reservation. Participants will be required to book their hotel rooms "at the venue" to confirm their participation. Note that the room can be booked also for the duration of the IAC 2004.

11 August 2004: Deadline to submit the Intent to Participate Form and CV. After that date, participation will be subject to availability.

13 August 2004: Deadline of block booking at preferential rates for OOS 2004 participants (for OOS 2004 & IAC 2004). After that date, participants "of" the International Astronautical Congress 2004 will be able to book the rooms.
